I woke up early, and didn't have the energy to haul my gear out. I took my camera and a 24-70 out with me while I walked the rim trail taking in the scenery. I stopped in front of Bright Angel Lodge and saw the light and shadows coming together in front of me. After getting the camera placed in a solid position, I started shooting, this is what I got.
