On any other winter’s day, I would have just walked past this wooden balustrade covered with melting frost. I’ve seen this a thousand times before. So, I wouldn’t have stopped to notice these glistening droplets as they melted in the morning sun. But today something was different.
My constant search of capturing everyday life with a new perspective made me pause and get closer, and for a moment I could not help but marvel at the simplistic beauty of crystal droplets in the African morning sun.
To me, this photo is a constant reminder of the beauty that nature offers us every single day. We mostly don't notice it but every so often when we decide is stop for a minute and look, that's when she reveals her beauty and splendour.
