Got the chance to work with a local cook calle Roberto Alas, who has an edge on his skills, preparing, plating and serving plates with complex pallets, presentation and story to each. The nicest part of KWA, his pop up restaurant, is that he elevates the often forgotten local ingredients into unexpected dishes full of great flavor.
The biggest challenge for this kind projects is to create appealing images that share that mystery behind all of that process of elevating without overdoing it.
