Photo is well balanced. My comment this photo was how it is titled. The Model is under dressed for the title, and I might make her hold an executive style fountain pen instead of a pencil. The pencil makes her more look like a student. Since she looks very young for the title might as well compensate it with the props around her. For me I would title this rather "The future director".
With regard about the image, the eyes is a little out of focus. The exposure is good.
