With the project sight adjacent to the Mississippi River the views from this building are outstanding. The IHMCVU previously had over 300 employees scattered through out the Quad Cities. This new headquarters consolidates them all under one roof. The headquarters now serves as the center of operations among IHMVCU’s 13 locations in Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Designed by Leo A Daly in Omaha, Nebraska and built by Davenport, Iowa construction company Russell Construction.
