You have a fine eye for composition, Chad! I usually prefer these more intimate images of waterfalls over tha classic postcard shot in my own work, so it's nice to see that approach here. And I think the mono works well here, and your processing is spot-on.

Thanks, Chris! Happy with the way this one turned out. Probably 30+ variations on this image to get things aligned where I wanted them. Lots of trial and error.

I’d come away from a scene like this with dozens of images, Chad – different angles, details, focal lengths, exposure values, shutter speeds, filtration including partial polarisation, and so on. Even with years of (amateur) experience, I still find it hard to get all this right at the time, or really see enough on the camera back to be sure I’ve got what I would have liked. So I bracket the last few things above, and end up with a lot of images, without actually doing the “machine-gun” approach at all.
