I use a DIY cardboard gobo to create the effect on subject. 3 lights were use, 1x with reflector+honeycomb grid on subject and 2x barelight for background.
Edited the photo with some brush strokes on photoshop.
Still trying to experiment with lightings and Hope you guys like it!
