I find the background distracting, and the feather detail on the bird to be lacking. Perhaps a shorter exposure, a steadier camera, or better focus. Contrast is too low, Depth of field would be better if it were deeper, in my opinion, so that more of the bird is in focus.
Of course, this is merely my totally non-objective opinion. Your mileage may vary.
