An opportunity to photograph a local blacksmith at work. The sound and flames of creating works both of art and practical work visually exciting. I have to work at the pace of the craftsperson. It takes time for me to establish how they work and the speed. I have to anticipate the next move from anvil to flame and back to anvil.
