My sister and I sought out to create a unique and creative portrait in honor of our late sibling Palomirose.
Our sister’s name is made up of two words Paloma (-Spanish for Dove) and Rose.
We deciding to incorporate the two elements from her name into the theme of the shoot and wanted to somehow make the elements light and airy and decided to use fabrics that would fall lightly to the ground like the tulle, the feathers and the rose pedals.
We shot the image using a Nikon D800 with Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 and a Godox AD360 bare bulb flash. The camera was set on a tripod to composite the images and Flash was setup to cameras left side.
