Laugh it all off! Being light-hearted, as the phrase goes, may not give the right impression but laughter and lightness go together; as do misery and heaviness. Worry never helped anyone. The show goes on irrespective of how we feel. So, lighten up and let the world see our smile, even as we may be feeling pain.
