Syrian Boy

I took this photograph of a Syrian refugee beggar boy in Adana, Turkey, in December 2014. I was in Adana to document wind turbines in the area. The photograph reflects his happiness after I bought him "halka tatlısı" (ring dessert), a local dessert.
