My husband and I went to Hawaii in December to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. We had just finished dinner at a wonderful "toes in the sand" restaurant and decided to take a walk on the beach, and we were granted this gorgeous sunset! I had my camera but no tripod with me, so I had to take this photo hand-held with a higher ISO than I would have liked, but I still love this image as it captured the romance of the evening. I look at this photo and I can hear the rush of the waves, feel the sand between my toes, the breeze in my hair, and am once again holding the hand of the one I love on this beautiful Hawaiian beach. :)
