Your portrait work has been greatly improving. I've enjoyed seeing it progress as you add more. I originally followed you for your macro shots, but the portraits you've been doing recently are amazing. How willing of a subject is your daughter?

Thank you, Lacy. It really means a lot to me. Macro is my first love when it comes to photography. I always took photos of my kids as every mom does but never did have much interest in portrait photography.
I do sell my photos on stock websites like Getty, Adobe stock etc and looking back, I made thousands on portraits and only maybe a hounded in macros. Photos with people and landscape photos seem to sell best. So I decided to work on my portraits a bit.
Love learning new things and I am glad you like them. As for my daughter,.... she hates having her picture taken and turns away every time she sees me with my camera. Bribing works most times:)

Love that understated green tone and the beautifully melted background. The soft and subtle feel of this is great. Great photo!

Thank you, Phil. Trying new editing techniques, some of them works better then others:)

Really nice shot, Skyler."a thousand words "
