Dancing Hypselodoris

Lembeh Strait in Indonesia is world famous for its "muck diving," where you slowly go through some otherwise ugly terrain--volcanic sand sprinkled with lots of garbage and other detritus--to find some of the world's coolest underwater creatures. Here, I captured a type of sea slug called a nudibranch, in a heavy current. This creature was maybe 3cm long and is called Hypselodoris apolegma
