The first version of this image was submitted a few weeks ago, I have a bad habit of thinking an image is done before it is, I like to jump the gun. After spending a couple weeks away from this I revisited it and made some adjustments.
This is version II.
This was shot in multiple parts; the ground which is spackle and flour, the helicopter is 1/72 scale, the men are 1/6th scale and there was a bit of light painting to get the glow for the flare.
