Reversed Romagna

For some time I had this idea of reversing the positioning of food and wine on the table, in order to make the food stand out even more thanks to the contrast given by the different positioning.
You can see typical food and wine of Romagna, the region where I live in the northeastern Italy:
- in the glasses we find handmade pasta, these are excellent Romagna tagliatelle and cappelletti prepared with a recipe from Ravenna.
- on the plate the wine "Arcolaio", from native grapes "Centesimino", a fantastic red wine evolved 24 months in barrique, from the Leone Conti Winery
This photo was born as an experiment but I am very satisfied with the final effect and over time it could become a series.
