This long exposure light-painted portrait of a Piper Navajo Chieftain aircraft was created using a 10" LED panel on a painters pole. I triggered the camera using a Cam Ranger and drug the light through the frame to create specular highlights on each of the plane's features that I wanted to showcase. I layered my favorite exposures to "paint" highlights onto a base layer of black, resulting in what you see here.
