I saw a juvenile Great Black Hawk in Biddeford, Maine, in August 2018. It disappeared for a while, then reappeared in Portland, ME, but eventually suffered severe frostbite and had to be euthanized. Its body was mounted and it now on display in the Maine State Museum.
I wasn't fortunate enough to get as good a picture of it in flight as you did with yours but I did get a good shot of it in a tree just over my head.

Those animals are simply incredible. I've never got a chance to photograph a juvenile.
