Cape Vilan. Coast of Death.

The Cabo Vilan lighthouse stands on an imposing rock ledge on the Costa da Morte (Coast of Death) in Galicia, Spain. The name of this coastal area is very explicit, its history is full of tragedies and it was one, which caused the construction of this lighthouse: The shipwreck of the British ship HMS Serpent, whose sailors rest in a cemetery (created specifically for them) not far from where the lighthouse is located.
