Aveiro Stairs at Night | Portugal

Personally, I really like this trend to give the city some "Instagram Spots" by painting the stairs.⁠
Recently I came across the first "street" in which we lived in Lisbon. It was basically just stairs connecting to streets, which I did not know before the Taxi told us "I can't drive you right to your house" ☺️
Back then, these stairs have been rather dirty and neglected. It wasn't too inviting. And now last month when I passed by, I saw they've been painted in rainbow colors.⁠
Small change, big impact. I really like it when we have some fun with our cities and don't just leave it all grey.
