Woolf

"If anybody could have saved me it would have been you." Shot this photo for a dance company's upcoming dance piece, about the life of Virginia Woolf. She drowned herself by filling her overcoat pockets with stones and walking into the River Ouse near her home. The lighting was a bit tricky, because this was a small size pool in a hotel wellness area. I had to position the lights to hit the model from two sides, but don't spill on the bottom, making the illusion of depth.
