This photo was taken on an almost pitch black night on a private road next to a funeral home. I lit the scene and bike with a 300 LED panel and a home made soft box that I created out of my tripod box, some baking paper and tin foil. It is a composite of about 5 or 6 exposures, layered in photoshop and edited in lightroom.
The photo was a taken as a present for my dad (it's his new bike) and he came with me while I shot it. I don't know what he was expecting of the final result because it was so dark while we were shooting it but he was very surprised when he saw the final result. The sky ended up surprisingly blue for how late it was.
