Love the image, the mood, but there's little things that bother me and don't let me enjoy it as much. First thing it creeps on me is the amputee feeling when i see her leg. Somehow my brain doesn't ease into thinking the other leg is under her. Second, the highlights falling on the couch in front of her are blown out and too distracting. if they would be softer and with a bit of detail in them they prob would balance the ones on the background. Also since they are blown out they make my eyes travel to the blown out light spots on her hand and finger.
On a more softer degree of bother is the frame of the couple on the table. Personally I would remove it out of the composition.
