Neues Palais - Potsdam

Here is one at the Neues Palais (New Palace) in Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany.

This palace is the last royal residence that Friedrichs des Großen (Frederick the Great) built. It was a demonstration of the Prussian state’s undiminished power and wealth after the events in the Seven Years’ War.

Nevertheless, Frederick rarely stayed in this palace; instead the Neues Palais was used as guest apartments and for celebrations.

Later, Wilhelm II, the last German emperor, used the Neues Palais as their preferred place of residence.

Would you like to be a guest in this palace?!
