This photograph was taken in a nightclub near Lisbon, Portugal. Mariana is the lead singer of The Soaked Lamb. The Soaked Lamb is a band of roots music with strong influences of pre-war blues and jazz.
The environment was dark and the spotlights weren't very good for capturing the image. Obviously I couldn't use a speedlight. So I had to increase the ISO. I used a canon 55-250 lens (very low budget, I know). Anyway, it was a good experience.
