I think if you cleaned up the plate on Photoshop it would be a much nicer shot. Also the coriander looks a little messy . Not sure if this image is meant to advertise the soy sauce at the back and if you are, I don't think the barcode showing is a good look. And if it's not meant to be a soy sauce ad then it's probably best to remove it from the picture completely. I think overall this shot needs a lot of work before it hits your portfolio.
