While not the greatest composition, lighting, processing etc, this is one of my favorites of my wife.Having just finished her 4th Boston Marathon, she was just a block away when the bombs went off. I was stuck in the T, just outside Arlington station. Finally getting off the train at Arlington, I came up to street level to meet the chaos of sirens and emergency vehicles racing by. By the grace of God, I found my wife in the midst of all the chaos. The day had been so perfect to that point. A beautiful city, wonderful people and a great race all brought to an abrupt halt. I shot this as she stopped to take a break and try to make sense of everything that happened. We spent the next two days in the city and witnessed so many acts of kindness. I will always love this city.
