I was involved in a bad accident and have been scared to walk the lake trails or mountain trails. I loose my balance and fall it’s been two years since I stopped using a cain. I live in Pioneer CA in the Sierra mountains. None of my friends would go on this 4 mile lake hike they all said you have to go on your own. So after about two months I did it, it took me 5 hours to hike 4 miles. I fell and got very mad at times but I made it.
