William Hawrlack Park

I spent the day at Hawrlack Park with one of my best friends. We were wandering around when we came across this mini falls. It's man made, in the middle of the park and we had never seen it before. Considering that we had both been at this park thousands of times before. It was quite a shock, and a great surprise.
I did replace the sky in this photo to add a bit more contract to the image.

Theresa, Wow nights most be awfully bright in Alberta, or was it the 2.5 sec shutter speed, Duh! you be way north in the province ;-)

Seriously now wonderful image, great detail in the fixed items are the flow to the water over the fall and through the rocks … to grandmothers … sorry! I did say serious didn’t eye I-). That’s suppose to be a squinting smile. The misty background is but the color of it is curious?

I look forward to seeing more image

Thanks Paul. Sorry I didn’t see this until now. It’s actually a small fall in a very very shaded area. This one has had the sky replaced. I had mentioned that in the description. I normally don’t do that but it was such a clear the pure white sky it didn’t do the photo any favors. I rarely do modifications like that so I like to be crystal clear if I do. Aside from that, it was taken in Edmonton on a clear day in a shady park trail. 👍
