Arabian Sand Gecko

I found this little cute gecko in the desert of Umm Al Quwain emirate in the UAE.
It was my first time ever to the wild and I was so lucky to see Reptiles, Insects and Spiders.

I'll write down below some information about it, hope you find it useful and informative.

A small gecko with pinkish, translucent skin the tail is long with brown and white bands. The Arabian Sand Gecko has webbed feet for increased surface area which improves digging and movement over soft sand. The male is more slender than the female.

Range and Habitat
The Arabian sand gecko is found in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. It inhabits the loose sand of dunes, sandy plains and coastal beaches

Little is known about the breeding of the Arabian Sand Gecko but it is thought to lay one egg at a time.
