Carousel in Black and White

Asbury Park, New Jersey. The Carousel a striking 1929 beaux arts structure designed by architect Whitney Warren and partner Charles Wetmore (designers of Grand Central Terminal in New York). The historic Carousel Building is a 5,000 square foot, three-quarter ornate copper clad rotunda that is a landmark.

I stood on the footbridge, holding my camera steady, and snapped a shot every time it changed color from within. This display only happened for a week or so. This subject matter is very unique for that reason.
