I pull a lot of inspiration from music and there is a song "Before we say Goodbye" in it are the lyrics
"We're are on the edge now tell me you can feel the coming
So much left to say before the end before there's nothing"
These words describe perfectly a part of life we so often do not talk about. when we are holding the last memory of someone's mortal existence. That is the feeling Jordan Shindler and myself set out to capture with this image
