AN image of the high mountains of Madeira just before dawn with the Milky Way arching overhead and clouds below.. The Milky Way image is a five panel panorama while the foreground is also five images time blended to enhance the long exposure look of the clouds as they roll past the mountains.
Taken using Sony A1 with a Sony 14mm F1.8 GM lens at ISO 3200 for 8 seconds.
Image editing done in DxO PhotoLab 5 which has excellent noise reduction and image processing tools. The panorama was constructed using PTGui and the final image assembled in Affinity Photo which has excellent blending tools and was used for further noise reduction..
