A Break in the Clouds

I took this photo while walking around our neighborhood lake. I take photos at this same place many times throughout the year, and I'm always amazed at how different this lake looks each time. It had just stopped raining and the sun was starting to come out through the clouds. This made for an excellent contrast in colors and textures within the sky. The water in the lake was still making for a detailed reflection, and the fall colors added to the beauty of this moment!
