I had long wanted to bivouac on the summit of Gilbo, one of those mythical peaks of the Leonese mountains. After a spectacular sunset, I enjoyed a good dinner and got into the sack.
This is a place where it is feasible to find low fog over Riaño and, from one of the many mountains that surround it, to be able to enjoy this spectacle. I think it is a photographer's dream to have conditions like this.
Nights like this are the ones that create addiction to night photography. The Milky Way in winter hovers over the Riaño reservoir, one of those landscapes that never disappoint.
