I spent the day hiking through Grizzly Island Wildlife Area, searching for the Tule Elk. I eventually found signs of elk (prints and scat). I started following the tracks for a while and located a couple of the elk in tall grass. This one started walking over the edge of this small hill and paused briefly at the top. I took a few bursts of photos before it continued in its way.
