Shot on a very cold January morning from Tower Bridge, looking towards The Shard and City Hall. This was actually my second shot of the day after my intended shot of Tower Bridge, and I was pleasantly surprised with how the long exposure turned out, as the wind seemed to come from the side rather than from the front. For post processing, in PS I have cropped some of the river, removed a few blurry pontoons, and put it through Nik, Radiant Photo, added some orton effect and a slight vignette.
