I am not an expert or a professional, but I can tell you what I think for what it's worth.

I like this image. I think the exposure, composition and geometry are good and balanced. I am definitely drawn into the scene. The lights light the way!

I find the flag distracting, but I am also unaware what it represents or symbolizes.which if I knew might change my perspective. (I looked closer and see it's a sign, which I looked up and means "No Entry", still distracting to me, but real to the scene). Also real to the scene, is the algae growing on the bases which I also find distracting. I also think a few of the items seen along the top of the bridge, top left corner across to the hotel or apartment building could be removed for a "clean edge". The lit light under the bridge to the left of the flag also seems distracting.

Personally, I think I would have also taken the image from a perspective more to the right, featuring the statues and the breadth of the bridge showing the arches. This perspective may be a stronger image though.

My opinion and 5 Euros might get you a coffee in Paris, if you know what I mean. Or perhaps this might spark some other comments telling you what you are asking for and how "wrong" I am!
