thank you, Patrick. yes, this is the next level - at least for me. It's photography on steroids taking place in a highly dynamic environment. photographing prop planes is challenging To get a full circle blur or other artistic blur, one needs to drop the SS to low values, i.e 1/100 ,1/80, or slower, but get everything else sharp AND still make a likable composition. All this while sitting in the cold wind with 7-10 other photogs in a tight space the back of the open shaking Skyvan. the keeper rate is low as a high % of shots are taken by just looking at the live view screen as one stretches and curls in awkward positions body positions to get the camera over and through other photog's body parts. this was truly an exhilarating experience/opportunity to network with like-minded people.
A fantasic picture, Marius. Congratulation.
Greeting Herbert
Thank you, Herbert. I appreciate.

Thank you Paul. Much appreciated
Awesome image. Ever time I have had a A2A shoot. It falls through die to maintenance issues or weather.
thank you Justin - keep trying! its a must
One of the coolest photos I've ever seen
thank you Adrian - yes of the 16k shots taken over 2 days this composition came out 100% for me
Wow! I just looked up what a skyvan was....I'd love to hear even more about this experience

Great photo. Curious about the Corsair's hub/spinner. Appears to glow as if it had special paint.
thank you, Mike. the hub is painted white although I did lift the shadows a bit to reveal some of the engine area
Fantastic shot Marius. That trip must have been a blast!
thank you Alan. It was indeed a blast. missed out on the jets, but the learning/honing skills and networking were positive.
