Final image used for the brochure front cover of the culinary school brochure I work for.
Inspired by the famous painting Liberty leading the people by the French artist Eugène Delacroix.
The original photo was taken with Sony A7RIII with 24-105mm G lens (@41mm, ƒ/8, 1/125sec.) and edited in Photoshop (original image also in portfolio for reference).
I am a French amateur photographer who leaves in Hokkaido, northern Japan and work as a teacher in a small culinary school. Photography is kind of a hobby, and this is by far the shot for which I dedicated the most time for planning and shooting, gathering or hand-building by myself everything needed for the set.
I used 4 Godox lights (2 on each side for front and back subjects). I don't remember the model I used on the left for the front key light (QT600 or something similar), and AD300Pro at the back, and 2 AD200Pro as fill on the right.
Originally shot with a white backdrop, the background has been generated with AI in photoshop to simulate something roughly similar to the inspiration material.
