This was one of my most favourite moments in the past 18months I guess.
Walking and stalking in full camo gear, 500mm lens and camera over the shoulder in a residential area are sure to have some eyebrows raised in confusion.
However, it is the little thins that make all the matter.
I saw this mother Marsh Mongoose keeping a close eye on me.
I settled down, and one by one, the pups came out and checked me out.
The one pup did not care at all, just interested in his mom's nourishment.
The other, like a watchdog kept a close eye on me.
This was next to a stream al our local golf course.
What a memorable moment.
