Constant lights and modifiers. As a visual person, seeing the lighting and colors change before my eyes is everything. Not only am I controlling the lights, but paired with my @sonyalpha mirrorless camera, I can see the photo before I even click the shutter. It saves me so much guesswork, and I can easily try new lighting techniques I might not have even considered!
