Sometimes you just have to think out of the box when you want to create something different and interesting. And my friends from Gem Chocolates certainly think out of the box when it comes to new flavours. For my part I loved taken the pictures and getting paid in chocolate yet again. My favorite job of all!
There is no limit to the creativity of Gem Chocolates in Vancouver. This chocolate store is located in Vancouver, Kerrisdale and owner operated. The owner of the store won several awards for his fantastic chocolates. They are made in the store and only travel about 2 meters from the kitchen in the back to counter in the front. The chocolates are made with organic and fair trade Belgian chocolate with cocoa beans from Peru and the Dominican Republic. Yummy to say the least.
