And if you're shooting with a real macro lens ( or with extension tubes that have the contacts for AutoFocus operation ), stacking can be done very easily and automatically using a tethering application such as CameraRC.

Nice shot, although I would prefer to see the full spider in focus ( focus stacking technique ).

haha.. i know. I also used photoshop but viewnx2 is good for sharpening and color edits.
