I took this a couple of months ago while trying to work out the lighting on my light paintings. I've got a black bike so a few of my friends gladly volunteered their own bikes.
I had to make a portable DIY soft box with an LED light due to not having portable soft boxes at the moment, or ones I could move around freely while setting the exposure over 15 seconds.
In the end I think I took about 12 photos for this final shot and put them together in Photoshop.
