Cutting the fingers is a no-go in my book.
Not sure if it is that much of a deal-breaker for everyone, but it does put me off.
I'd crop it just off the joints, or if this is a crop, "uncrop" the cut fingers and re-upload.
The photo otherwise is very solid, good lighting, nice model
