I would crop the out of focus part of the foreground.
And work more ( contrast adjustment, toning of the sky ) on the background ( mountains & sky ).
You've more than likely got all the data captured, so there is plenty of room for proper sky exposure recovery ;)
Nice frame, composition and lighting, get the sky and mountains adjusted and you've got a winner!
