The lighting is not ideal, but we can't control the weather unfortunately.
You can though play with the light ( dodge & burn ) to create something more flattering for your photo.

The other thing I would correct, it's a small thing, a detail to be precise, but it does matter in terms of technical quality, clone out the small part of dark grey cloud ending on the center height of the left border of the frame, it is a bit distracting to the eye.
