Pay attention to the very little details when finalizing your work my friend.
You're done with the model lighting, touch-up, etc.
Right before you save your JPEG/PSD, take a look around just to make sure you're not missing anything.
The green little flower above her shoulder isn't adding anything to the image, it is just a distraction, use the clone stamp tool or the content aware fill feature to remove it and replace it with pure sand.
The whatever is just to the right of her head/hand, brown/gray thing is also a distraction, clone that away too.
And last but not least, the two "obtrusive" plant on the top left of the frame, clone it out too, and also clone out that little shadow/dust on sensor on the top right corner of the frame too.
These little things can make a 3 star image a 4 star, and a 4 star image a 5 star image ;)
